Penalty Killis a college hockey romance with a playboy hero who gets a second chance with the girl he never got over.

Van
I have one final season at Bainbridge University to show the scouts what I’ve got before I shoot my shot as a free agent and try to make it in the pros.
The only thing standing between me and the hockey career I’ve worked my ass off for is the class schedule straight out of my nightmares.
There’s no way I’m passing these courses. But if I fail, I can kiss my future goodbye.
The only hope I have is the tutor Coach had assigned to me.
She’s perfect. A dream come true. The answer to my prayers.
And she’s also my ex.

Josie
I’ve spent three years avoiding Beckett Vandaele III. If he turns left, I take a right. If he’s at the coffee shop, I find another place to study.
But when his name lands on my tutoring roster, there’s nowhere for me to run.
I can’t hide from the secrets I’ve kept, and I can’t pretend Van doesn’t exist.
It won’t be so bad, at least that’s what I tell myself. I’ll treat this like any other tutoring job—I’ll be professional and detached.
Except it doesn’t happen that way. Van’s just as irresistible now as he was when we were freshmen. It’s too easy to fall back in love with him, and I know from experience that only leads to heartache.
