She’s reaching for a love match among the stars.
He’s just here to fix the engines.
There’s no reason for their paths to align.

Mariah Juraszczyk brought her quirky fiber arts into space, following her hopes and dreams like a thread of rainbow yarn to win a golden ticket on the Big Sky Intergalactic Dating Agency’s first alien speed-dating cruise. But after a strange power hijacked the Love Boat I and they drifted into the dangerous Zarnax Zone, any chance for romance seems very far away.
Or maybe just down in the gloom below decks…
Reclusive Chief Engineer Suvan Adrakh never leaves his engines. With only his goblhob for company in the shadows, he’s brusque, prickly (literally and figuratively) and absolutely uninterested in the dating and mating chaos above—especially when a certain meddling Earther female makes his quill-scales prickle.
Until a knitting project, a faint signal, and an accidental poisoning tangle them together in ways neither expected.
Now, their celestial mystery is unraveling as they flee unidentified pursuers, and Mariah and Suvan are on a collision course with their deepest desires. But how can love bridge the distance between logic and longing when two lonely hearts struggle to believe in their cosmic connection?
