Moses “Mose” Morey was never the villain—but letting the town believe he was became the easiest way to keep its secrets.

He’s been Gomillion’s most loyal secret keeper ever since he took the fall for the town’s biggest scandal—the thing is no one knows it.
Twenty years later, his carefully crafted life behind the bar shatters when Rhett—his first love and the only man who ever truly saw him—rolls back into town for the reunion.
Old sparks reignite over secret gin tastings and stolen dawn swims at Yellow Branch Falls… until a sunrise misunderstanding sends Rhett packing before Moses can explain the Mayor’s ruthless ultimatum.
Now Moses must choose: protect his family’s livelihood—or risk everything for the man who owns his heart.
