I’m starting over: a new town, a new job, and a great boss who feels like family. Another new life for myself and my brothers, far away from the horrors of our past. My boss’s sexy brother-in-law is an infuriating temptation I’m managing to resist. Things are going great, until they aren’t. I let my guard down and we’ve stayed longer than we should’ve.
When the past catches up with me, I’m forced to make a choice. Do we run again? Or do I allow our newfound family to risk everything to keep us safe? If I choose the latter, will my heart come out the other side unscathed? Or will it be destroyed by the man who’s declared he’s unworthy of love?

My siblings are falling in love, one by one, and building loving families. I’m happy for them, thrilled even, but yet I’m discontented. I can’t have what they’ve found. I’m not worthy of love or a happily ever after. There is too much blood on my hands.
Yet, destiny has dropped an angel into my lap. She is testing my control and slowly eroding my willpower. I will keep her safe from the demons chasing her, no matter the cost. The question is will I survive when I have to let her go, or can my guilt finally be Unloaded?
