Some things are meant to be more than just one night…

Kendall Allen has no time for distractions—not when she’s pouring everything into expanding her spa and preparing for the grand opening. After a toxic ex left her wary of relationships, she’s kept her focus strictly on business. So when a steamy, no-strings-attached night with a dangerously handsome stranger shakes her resolve, she chalks it up to a moment of weakness. Dane Walsh might be irresistible, but she knows his type. The one with all charm, all confidence, and all about the one-night stand.

Dane can’t stop thinking about her. As a high-powered defense attorney, he’s used to getting what he wants, and what he wants is more of Kendall. She’s smart, beautiful, and completely uninterested in the games he usually plays. But fate—or rather, his matchmaking Gram—brings them together, and with every encounter, he falls harder.

As sparks turn to something deeper, Kendall’s guarded heart and Dane’s complicated past collide. And if they want a shot at forever, they’ll have to fight for it.

A small-town romance with a fiercely independent heroine, a protective hero who never thought he’d settle down, and a meddling grandmother determined to prove that love is worth the risk.
