"I know but…" She huffed and looked away, annoyed at having to verbalize her feelings. “Like, you know how we all called you Daddy Troy when we played?”

I nodded, holding back a smirk. I didn’t expect someone as strong and confident as Willa to have a jealous streak but she continued to surprise me. “Yeah.”

“Well, that ends now. I’ll let the girls know, especially Kylie, that they can call you sir or Troy, uncle or something else…but not Daddy. That’s only for me.”

I squeezed her hand and then pulled it to my lips for a kiss. “Okay. I respect that and will be sure to gently remind anyone who forgets.”

She rolled her eyes and scoffed. “They better not forget. Besides, almost everyone has their own Daddy. No one needs mine.” Her expression dropped into a frown. “Except Kylie. Do you think she’ll be okay with this? With us?”

I sure as shit hoped so. I didn’t want to make Willa choose between her friend and me, but I also wasn’t going to deny us the happiness we were entitled to if it broke some kind of friend code. “I can talk to her first, if you’d like. But I honestly think she’ll be okay with it. In fact, I’m pretty sure some of her jokes about us being good for each other weren’t actually jokes.”

Willa bit the inside of her cheek and nodded. “Yeah, you’re right. Kylie told me to call you a few times after you guys broke up. She’ll be okay.”

She would be fine.

But more importantly, Willa would be fine too.

With me.

Hopefully, forever.

WILLA

"Maybe a finger, but only when I'm about to come. Not your whole dick or anything. I like a little spike of pain to get me there, but not that kind." Our hands were clasped together as we walked.

Troy chuckled and squeezed my hand, which was conveniently attached to his. “Got it. No dick in the butt. But possibly a guest appearance by a finger when the moment is right?”

“See, you get me.” I swung our arms between us. “And you know I’m good with basically everything else.”

“I mean, you’ve already peed on me. What’s left?” He was smiling with a lightness that I rarely saw from him. He wasn’t the giggly type but he’d been almost giddy since we woke up this morning. I guess I had been too.

“Excuse me, but that was totally your fault. I told you I couldn’t wait and you were very slow with the diaper that time.” I waved my finger at him. “When I say something is happening now, I mean now!”

He leaned over and kissed the side of my head. “Got it. Now means now. And for the record, my butt is off limits too, except in the most extreme of circumstances. Maybe a pinky, if you buy me dinner first.”

I pretended to scandalized, but fuck, that sounded fun. Kylie was a bit prudish, so I had a feeling they didn’t get too experimental. “I’ll buy you a car if you let me play with everything.”

He kept squeezing my hand, running his thumb over the back in little lazy strokes that made it hard to focus on anything except how much I wanted to drag him under the nearest shrub and blow him until the geese started clapping. The path through the park was quiet but people passed us now and then. I rested my cheek on his bicep and looked at his big hand wrapped around my smaller one. How would that feel wrapped around my throat? Or spanking the absolute shit out of me. “No car necessary, but you definitely have free rein to explore.”

We were still talking about limits, mostly because he insisted we get them all out in the open before things “escalated” back at my house. It was adorable that he wanted to keep me in my “grownup headspace” for this conversation, but it was unnecessary and we both knew it. We’d played together enough that he knew my limits. I think the real reason he was stalling was because he was scared he’d break me if he got too carried away.

He didn’t need to worry about that. I’d spent the last three years with hookups who thought a pillow over the face and a little hair pulling made them Christian Grey.

I was more than ready to see Daddy Troy unhinged. If he truly wanted a wild thing, I was up for the task.

We stopped at a bench and took a seat. “What about hitting?” I turned with one bent knee between us so I could look him straight on. “How hard are you comfortable with…because I’m actually kinda curious about canes and straps. I just haven’t been with someone I trusted to not cover me with bruises.”

“You’re a smart girl.” Troy’s voice was low but his pupils were big. “I haven’t gone beyond paddles and crops, but I’m open to trying some of the harder stuff if that’s something you want to explore. I promise to always put your safety and well-being first, no matter what. So we’ll need to work up to that.”

I could feel the heat in my face, and it wasn’t just because the sun was beating down on us. “I trust you, Troy. Completely. With everything.”

“You’re still good with the traffic light system?”

I didn’t expect to need a safeword with Troy but he was old fashioned, apparently. But that didn’t mean I was going to make it easy for him. “Yes. Green means good, yellow means slow down, red means I’m way past my comfort zone and about to pass out.”

His eyes narrowed and he pulled back. “What the fuck, Willa. You better be joking.”
