“Max,” I gasp, grinding against the thick ridge of his cock, and the sound he makes is desperate and barely human.

That’s how Ethan and Finn find us.

“I guess we’re not having dinner any time soon,” Finn says from the doorway.

Max sets me down on my feet. My legs almost give out, and he steadies me with a hand on my waist. I lean into him, breathing hard.

“Finn. Ethan.”

I look at both of them. Finn’s blue eyes are wide, Ethan’s gray eyes dark behind his glasses, and the tenderness I feel for both of them closes around my throat.

“I’m ready.”

The air changes instantly. My scent is intensifying by the second, rain and roses thickening in the warm air, and I watch it hit them. Finn’s nostrils flare, his blue eyes going wide and then dark, his whole body going rigid. Ethan inhales, and his gray eyes dilate behind his glasses and his hands curl at his sides and he makes a sound low in his throat.

Then both of them are in front of me and Max moves behind me, his broad chest warm against my back, his hands settling on my hips.

“We’ll take care of you, sweetheart,” Finn says, stepping close, his hand cupping the side of my neck. He dips his head and presses his nose to my throat, breathing me in deep and slow.

“Fuck, Soph. This scent.” He groans against my skin. Then he lifts his head and his blue eyes find mine. “You know we’re yours, right? Every part of us.”

My heart swells with so much love it feels like too much for one body.

“Finn,” I whisper. “I’m yours too. I tried so hard to fight it, but I don’t think I ever stood a chance.”

“You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to hear you say that.”

My throat tightens. I reach for Ethan and he steps forward, tipping my chin up with two fingers so I’m looking directly into his gray eyes.

“It’s been there from the start,” Ethan says quietly. “All three of us kept finding our way back to you.”

My breath catches. “I—I need to be with you,” I say, and my voice breaks on it. “With all of you.”

“Are you sure?” he asks, his voice steady. “There’s no going back after this.”

I look at him. At this man who got on his knees in his office and whispered sweet girl against my thigh. I can feel Finn’s eyes on me and Max’s heartbeat at my back, the three of them surrounding me, waiting for my answer. And I have never been more sure of anything in my life.

“I am.”

And then the suppressants give way completely, and their scents reach me one by one.

Ethan first. Cedar and old paper, dry and quiet like a library after the lights go down.

Then Finn. Warm skin and sunlight and honey.

And Max behind me, warm bourbon and dark chocolate.

Together, their scents wrap around me until I can barely tell where one ends and the next begins. An overwhelming certainty fills me that I want to stay right here, surrounded by them.

As if answering the thought, my own scent deepens around us, rain and crushed rose petals blooming warmer in the air.

All three of them inhale, their nostrils flaring, and I can see what it does to them—the way their pupils blow wide and their bodies go taut and hard.

I reach for Finn first. My hand finds the back of his neck and I pull him down and kiss him hard, tasting his sweetness and warmth. He groans into my mouth and his hands grip my hips.

Then I turn to Ethan, pulling his mouth to mine, and his kiss is different—slow, his tongue sliding over mine like he wants to memorize this. The sound I make into his mouth is high and needy.

“Ethan,” I whisper, barely able to form words, my body trembling between the three of them. “I need—”
