CHELSEA: Also, this pregnancy is making you way more dramatic.
ME:
ME: How does he not know that walking around in nothing but a pair of grey sweatpants is the equivalent of lady porn?
ME: Not to mention that pregnancy hormones = crazy sex drive.
CHELSEA: Huh… I didn’t know that.
BRENDAN: My eyes!!!
BRENDAN: WTF are you talking about this in the sibling chat. Go do girl things alone. Without me. So I don’t have to think about my sisters’ sex drives.
CHELSEA: Aww, Brendan is so sorry that you need some big D, Charlie.
BRENDAN: I hate you.
CHELSEA: God, I love teasing him.
ME: Never gets old.
CHELSEA: So sweatpants?
ME: Yeah or just athletic shorts. Either way it’s like he’s freeballing it and there’s never a shirt so it’s just so much bare skin.
CHELSEA: Pretty sure he knows exactly what he’s doing.
ME: What?
CHELSEA: Pregnancy has also made you a little dumb.
ME: Can’t help it. Baby boy sucks up all my good brain cells.
CHELSEA: Fair.
CHELSEA: He’s a walking, talking thirst trap, dear sister. That man wants you. And it looks like he’s not afraid to fight dirty.
ME: I’m so screwed.
CHELSEA: We can only hope.

Since it’s an old house, there’s not a bathroom inside the master. It’s out off the hallway and sits across from my room and Charlotte’s. I thought for sure we’d have some near misses during shower time. But I haven’t seen her without clothes since the doctor’s office.
I’ve taken myself in hand so often since I moved in, it’s a wonder I haven’t chafed myself. But being so close to her, to her things, her scent, watching her walk around with my baby in her belly—fuck, it turns me on. I’m pretty sure I growled at the banana she was eating yesterday morning.
I finish brushing my teeth and turn off the bathroom light, then step out into the hall.
But a noise catches my attention before I slip into my own bedroom. A distinctive noise that has me smiling as I stand closer to Charlotte’s door.
The rhythmic buzzing is a dead giveaway that my girl is wanting me too.
