"Okay," she says, voice wrecked. "Okay. I need a minute."

"We're not done," I tell her.

"We should be done."

"No sex," I say. "I remember. But I'm going to make you come again."

"Ethan—"

"And probably again after that." I look up at her. "I've got all night."

She stares at me, cheeks flushed, chest rising and falling, dress shoved up around her hips and her hair completely wrecked. She looks incredible. She looks like everything.

She says nothing, which with Sienna is not the same as no.

I lower my head.

This time I take her apart differently. One hand slides up her inner thigh and finds her entrance, slipping one finger inside while my mouth returns to her clit. She gasps and her hips immediately lift toward me. She's so wet. I curl my finger and feel her clench around it, feel her shake. I add another finger and work her between my hand and my mouth, unhurried, attentive, reading every sound she makes.

She gets louder. Her hips work against me with more urgency. I give her more, fingers moving faster and deeper while I suck her clit. She's gripping the bedspread now with both hands, her whole body building toward something bigger than the first time.

When it hits her she cries out hard, and she shakes for longer this time, her inner walls clenching around my fingers while I ease her through it, murmuring against her, telling her she's incredible, she's perfect, she's the best thing I've ever had the privilege of doing this to.

She lies there after, chest heaving, legs spread, barely moving.

"Ethan," she says, very quietly.

"Yeah."

"What are you doing to me?"

I press a kiss to her hip. Then her stomach. Then I settle back between her legs and look up at her.

"I meant it," I say. "I want to fall asleep down here."

She looks at me with eyes that are still dark and hazy, and something passes through them that I don't have a full read on yet, something that might be awe and might be confusion and might be both.

"Ethan—"

I run my tongue over her and she loses whatever she was about to say.

And I take her apart a third time, slowly, thoroughly, like I have nowhere else in the world I'd rather be.

Because I don't.

Every muscle in my body is loose.

That's the first thing I register. A deep, total relaxation that goes all the way down, the kind that usually takes a full week of uninterrupted sleep to achieve. I stretch without opening my eyes and feel it everywhere, and for a few seconds I'm just aware of how good that feels and nothing else.

Then I become aware of something warm against my thigh.

I open my eyes.

The ceiling is wrong. The walls are wrong. The morning light through the curtains is at the wrong angle. I've done this before, the disorientation of an unfamiliar room, and the last time I did it I panicked, but this time the memory comes back before the panic can, and it's different.
