I feel the hair on the back of my neck go up, and I look over to the left and see Brett standing there, frowning. I turn my face away from him. Who knew he’d be such a creeper? I pull Marcus toward the center of the dance floor, and we start dancing even faster. Unfortunately, I see Brett stalking his way toward me.
“Hey, I need to speak to you,” he says, standing next to me, glaring.
“What?” I shout, pretending I can’t hear him.
“Outside. Now,” he grunts.
I glare at him in shock. Does this man really think he can speak to me like this?
“I guess you should go,” Marcus says, offering me a small smile. “I’ll be here.”
“Okay, I’ll be right back.”
“What is it?” I say to Brett as he grabs my hand.
“Outside,” he says.
He leads me out the front of the building, and we walk to the side, away from the crowd.
“What are you doing?” I ask.
“What do you think you’re doing?”
“I’m dancing.”
“As your dating coach, I’m telling you that you are not dancing appropriately with that man for a first date.”
“Excuse me?”
“He’s touching you like he owns you.”
My jaw drops. “I know you did not just say that to me. We’re literally just on the dance floor, and he’s not even touching me close to how you were touching me in your apartment a few hours ago.”
“I was touching you the way a boyfriend would touch a girlfriend because that’s what we were practicing,” he says as he takes a step toward me.
I take a step back and feel the cold brick wall against my back. He puts his arm up over my shoulder and leans into me.
“He’s touching you inappropriately for a man on a first date. I was touching you appropriately for a man who was with the lover he was about to propose to.”
“But we’re not really lovers.”
“But we’re pretending that we are,” he says, his lips almost touching mine.
He runs his fingers down the side of my body, and my breath quickens.
“Marcus was about to do this,” he says as he runs his hands lightly over my breasts, and my eyes widen. “That wouldn’t be appropriate for a first date.”
“He wouldn’t do that,” I say. “And if he did …”
“If he did?”
I swallow hard. As he shifts against me again, I can feel his breath on my cheek.
“Maybe I’d do this,” I say.
I grab his head, bring it toward mine, and kiss him hard. He kisses me back, his hands gripping my waist as his cock presses into my stomach. I moan and then push him back.
“So, dating coach, would I be wrong if I did that?”
