“You make me laugh when I've forgotten how. You make me want things I stopped allowing myself to want a very long time ago.”

The humor slips away. His gaze holds mine.

“And you drive me completely fucking crazy.”

“That sounds like the truth.”

“I love you, Agatha.”

My heart squeezes so hard it almost hurts.

I stare at him.

And for the first time, I think I see all of him.

The Wolf.

The man.

My mate.

And apparently, my prince.

Wait.

Hold the fucking phone.

“Hold on.”

Grimm exhales, but there's amusement dancing in his eyes now.

“What is it?”

“So you are really a prince?”

He laughs. Deep and warm and so wonderfully familiar that I grin before I can stop myself.

“I am.”

“Like an actual, honest-to-Goddess prince?”

“Yes.”

“Do you have a castle?”

“A residence.”

“That's rich people speak for castle.”

“It is not a castle.”

“Does it have turrets?”

His pause is infinitesimal. I gasp.

“It has turrets!”

“Agatha.”
