Page 52 of Take Two

Reed has been publicly linked to several high-profile relationships over the course of his career, leading portions of his fanbase to approach the current situation with cautious skepticism, questioning whether this represents something substantial or simply another summer romance accompanying a filming location.

However, one source close to the production offered an assessment that has since circulated widely across social media platforms.

The source described Reed as:

“Ridiculously happy.”

COMMENTS

@TeamCyaire: Not me getting deeply, irresponsibly attached already.

@CelebrityTeaDaily: Didn’t his last relationship end like three months ago though?

@TeamCyaire: We were all fully rooting for that one too, yes.

@FilmNerd88: Okay setting all of that aside, the hockey player is genuinely very attractive.

@TeamCyaire: That is not helping me feel better about any of this, thank you.

“Ridiculously happy.”

Friends. Colleagues. Fellow sufferers.

Do you understand? Do you truly, viscerally understand, how extraordinarily difficult it is to make Jamie Maxwell look ridiculously happy?

This is a man who won an actual Stanley Cup and reacted to the moment with the contained, measured energy of someone who had just received a mildly positive weather forecast. A brief nod. A small smile. Professionally restrained joy.

I have spent years studying this man.

Years of careful, dedicated observation.

Years of slow-motion replay analysis and timestamped documentation.

And now some actor from Los Angeles has apparently walked into his life and made him look ridiculously happy and I simply do not know what to do with myself.
