With my hands on his thighs, I pull out then suck him back in. I can’t fit him all in my mouth, but I’m determined to blow his mind nonetheless. I work him like that until he starts thrusting just a bit into my mouth. I can tell he wants to be rougher and take control when his hand goes to the top of the hat on my head, but he refrains, letting me remain in charge.
Removing my hands from his strong thighs, I bring one to the base and squeeze to make up for the portion I can’t fit in my mouth, and with the other, I stroke the underside of his balls.
“Fuck, baby.” He pants, the hand on my head squeezing.
I think he’s going to fuck my face in earnest, but without warning, he pulls me off him and yanks me up under the arms. It all happens so fast that I don’t have time to stop him before he spins me around and turns me to face the wall, holding me there with the press of his hips.
“I’ll never be able to wear that hat again without sporting a hard-on,” he says into my ear. “Every time I wear it, all I’m going to see in my head is you sucking my cock like a fucking pro.” He punctuates his words by thrusting his hips.
I can’t stop myself from moaning.
“You like that? Like knowing what you do to me?”
I’m wearing a miniskirt and sweater today, and as he talks, Ansel pulls up the fabric between us, revealing my panties.
He bends down, hooks my right leg under the knee, and holds it up. “I am so fucking gone for you, baby.”
Then he slides my underwear to the side and pushes into me. The air leaves my lungs, and I clutch at the wall to try to gain purchase as he fucks me with purpose.
A few minutes go by, and he slips out. “Shit, condom,” he groans.
“Just don’t come in me.” I’m not that worried about getting pregnant. It’s the wrong time of my cycle, and Caleb and I were trying for two years and nothing.
“You sure?”
“Ansel, get your dick back inside me and fuck me.”
He chuckles, but the minute he thrusts back inside me, our laughter stops.
He fucks me as though he just can’t get enough, and my nipples tighten from moving up and down on the wall. There’s something so satisfying about him taking me this way—in my foyer, both of us fully dressed. As if I were so desirable he can’t help himself.
And that’s how I’ve felt since I’ve been with Ansel—desired and loved. We haven’t said the words to each other yet, but I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who’s fallen.
FORTY-FIVE
Ansel
Iknow it’s coming before anyone says a word. I’ve been expecting it.
It’s my first shift at the firehouse since Collins and I have gone public with our relationship. Carrie Russo saw us, as did many other people around town.
Thus far, we’ve gotten a couple of double-takes, but no one has said anything outright. Hell, Dottie told us it was about time we stopped circling each other, so she was right on board.
The reason I know is because no one has busted my balls today, and I’m six hours into my shift. Firefighters live to razz one another. So when the four men I work with stay quiet, I know we’re about to have a conversation.
I’m rinsing my plate in the sink after lunch when Russo comes in, then Ramsey, then Gonzalez. I’m sure it’s meant to look random, but it doesn’t. Fleming is the last to come in the room, and he looks like an unwilling co-conspirator, sitting at the long dining table.
I turn off the tap and put the plate in the dishwasher. “All right, just come out with it, guys.” I turn around and lean against the counter with my arms crossed.
Gonzalez nervously laughs. “What?”
“Whatever this is.” I motion between them all.
Russo blows out a breath and plops down on the seat across from Fleming. “All right.”
Gonzalez takes the chair at the end, and Ramsey leans beside me at the counter, as though his newfound position in the firehouse might cause him to have to intervene if this goes south.
“You and Collins,” Russo says.
