My woman is warm and wet in my arms. There's no way I'm stopping. I waited patiently for her to wake up, debating whether to get up, but I couldn’t do it. She’s been driving me to the edge of desire since we met. I’ve tried to be patient. Every time she presses her breasts against my back as she rides behind me on the bike, I want to stop in a deserted area and fuck her on it. She’s accepted all the dark parts of me and stayed by my side, her bright smile drawing me in.
I need her. Everything about her turns me on, and my control has reached its limit.
“Give me your mouth,” I growl, bending.
She tilts her head back, eager, and I take her lips. The kiss is messy and deep. She strains to keep us connected, and I’m on the verge of coming. She throbs around my fingers, and I thrust harder, knowing she's ready. I keep my mouth on hers. Even though whoever is at the door can’t hear her, the thought of someone listening to her moans makes me twitch.
She whines into my mouth as she falls. I stiffen and follow her over the edge, covering her hand just as she does mine. I slow my motion, but savor the faint pulses. She breaks away, her lips parted, her breathing harsh. Her fingers loosen, yet she circles me lightly. We stare at each other, and are interrupted again by knocking. Now that desire isn’t pounding in my ears, I can sense Rome.
“Good morning,” she whispers, grinning.
“The best morning,” I rumble, looking at her mouth.
“They aren’t going away,” she states, her smile turning into a pout.
“Rome is getting back at me for showing up at Mara’s when they wanted to be alone,” I explain, easing my hand out of her clothes.
“Ahh…” She releases me. “Should we make him wait longer? We could have a long shower together.” Rolling to face me, she kisses my chest.
My phone rings.
“Unfortunately, he won’t go away.” I look at my phone, his name lights up the screen. “I should let him in, just in case it’s important.”
“I’ll be lonely in the shower without you.” She sits up, stretching.
My focus strays to her breasts. “Believe me, I’m not happy about it.” I grit my teeth and sit on the edge of the bed. “I’ll clean up quickly.” I look down at my shorts.
“Probably should,” she says, laughing as she looks at my wet clothes.
“Wild One,” I growl, and she bites her lip. I snag the back of her neck and kiss her hard and fast. “Be good.”
Standing quickly, I rummage through my bag for clothes before walking toward the bathroom.
“I’m always good,” she mumbles as I shut the door.
I love Rome, but my need to hurt him is strong.
Rome leans against the counter, eating a doughnut, grinning at me. There was no emergency, and I haven’t stopped glaring at him.
“Have a good morning, Brother?” he asks.
“Was,” I snap.
“Wonder what that’s like?” He lifts a brow and sucks the frosting off his thumb.
“So, you just wanted to get payback today?” I cross my arms, leaning against the sink.
“You think so little of me,” he says, and I lift my chin. “Alright, partly.” He chuckles. “But I wanted to check in and see our next move. Mara is at the store with Lace. Aria showed up and explained what happened last night. Since your bike is still at the store and your bond’s vehicle is there as well, I volunteered to pick you up. Is Savy okay?”
“She’s fine,” I say roughly, and then sigh. “It shook her. She’s handling it better than I thought.”
“She’s strong,” he says quietly. “Aria said Evander and Clara are the good guys.”
“Yeah.”
“Do you believe it?”
